March 2022 marks the two year anniversary of the sudden shut down in North America due to Covid. College students and people abroad were booking flights home, March break vacations were canceled, and we were fixated on the news.

The news this week is about the Russian invasion and we are feeling for the people of Ukraine. There is additional fear, heaviness, and feeling powerless.

In March 2020, we had a sudden disruption to our way of life. We didn’t know what was going to happen, but we knew it was big and bad. Ukrainians are fighting back against Russian aggression and we don’t know what will happen. It also feels big and bad.

We always have the opportunity and responsibility to work with our own mind so we don’t add our anxiety and stress into the world energy field. Being a person is difficult and challenging. Exploring and building resilience together strengthens us all.
